How do I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account using the link at the top of your screen.

How will I know if my order shipped?

For all standard orders, our system will automatically send you an email when your order has shipped.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please contact us at 860-756-0860 as soon a possible for assistance with your order. Once an order is being printed, assembled, processed or shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Will I be able to track my order?

For standard orders, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. For full custom orders, please contact your sales representative for tracking information.

An item is missing from my shipment.

It is possible that some orders may ship in multiple packages. If tracking shows that all of your packages have been delivered, please contact customer service for assistance regarding missing items.

When will my backorder arrive?

We will ship all backordered products as soon as they become available. Please contact customer service for more information.
