How long does it take to receive a proof?

For standard orders, a proof will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. For custom orders, a proof and screen comp will be emailed to you within 4-5 business days.

Will I be able to make any changes to the proof prior to printing?

Yes, you will be able to request changes to your proof prior to printing and production. To eliminate delays in fulfilling your order, it is strongly advised that you review every portion of your proof carefully before you submit revisions. You will receive one round of revisions to your proof free of charge. After that, if you determine that changes to content or artwork are still required, there will be a $125 per hour charge with a minimum 1/2 hour charge of $62.50 per revised proof. Of course, if we have made any errors, revised proofs with those corrections are free of charge.

Will I receive a constructed sample before I receive my order?

For standard orders, we do not send a constructed sample of your greeting card, only a visual proof showing your order information and all personalized imprints. For custom orders, a screen comp is also provided. If you require a constructed sample, an additional setup fee will apply. Please call us for pricing at 860-756-0860.

How do I approve my order?

You will receive an email containing a link that brings you directly to your proof in our proofing system. Please be sure to approve both your proof and in the case of custom orders, the accompanying screen comp as well. We cannot proceed into production unless we have full approval on all parts of your order.

What if I haven't received my proof?

If you haven't received your proof after 5 business days, please check your spam folder as proofing emails can sometimes end up there. If you still haven't received it, please give us a call at 860-756-0860 to arrange for your proof to be resent.
