Can shipping be charged to my company's FedEx or UPS account?

Unfortunately for standard orders we are unable to bill to your company's shipping account through our online system. However, we can accommodate this for larger custom orders that are not processed online. Please contact us for further information at 860-756-0860.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard orders will ship within 7-10 business days from approval of your proof. Custom orders will ship within 3 weeks from approval of your proof. Actual transit time will depend on your location and what shipping option you chose, i.e., UPS Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, etc. Please refer to the map below for UPS Ground transit times throughout the US. All items ship from Eagle Pass, TX.

How will I know if my order shipped?

For all standard orders, our system will automatically send you an email when your order has shipped.

Will I be able to track my order?

For standard orders, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. For full custom orders, please contact your sales representative for tracking information.

Is shipping additional?

Yes, there is an additional charge for shipping. All prices are determined by UPS live shipping rates, based on the quantity of pieces in your order, your geographical location and your desired shipping method. For standard orders, we offer a shipping calculator in the shopping cart that is available prior to checkout.
